Founded in early 2022, Building Brotherhood was born from a vision to revive the ancient, essential practice of men gathering—not for status, competition, or posturing, but to consciously grow, reflect, and unpack the human experience through the lens of embodied masculinity. In the most supportive and nourishing setting men can grow: in brotherhood.

In a time when men are often isolated or encouraged to suppress their deeper nature, Building Brotherhood offers a response—a space where men can come together to cultivate the Divine Masculine in its truest form: powerful, present, protective, and purposeful. It’s about walking our individual healing journeys while exchanging the puzzle pieces of perspective that empower us to rise together.

Gatherings with Purpose

We gather monthly, most often on the second Sunday, with occasional shifts for special events, camping trips, hiking adventures, or spontaneous meetups. During the warmer months, we tend to meet outdoors; in the colder seasons, we gather in the home of one of our brothers.These containers, where men across generations come together to reflect, share wisdom, and support one another in embodying the noble qualities of the sacred masculine are always a nourishing experience.

Each gathering follows a flexible yet intentional flow designed to nourish the heart, body, and soul. While the energy is relaxed, there are key elements we honor in every circle:

Dropping in together with grounding practices to center, connect, and set the tone.

🔹 Open Sharing & Perspective Exchange
A space to speak and listen with presence, offering and receiving insights without judgment.

🔹 Vulnerability, Support & Insight
Honest conversations and puzzle pieces of wisdom shared from lived experience, holding each other accountable to our growth.

🔹 Embodied Movement & Energy Activation
Group exercises, somatic practices, and lighthearted games that move stagnant energy and bring us into our bodies.

🔹 Closing Potluck & Fellowship
We seal each gathering by breaking bread together, sharing nourishing food alongside expansive conversations that carry the medicine forward.

Building Brotherhood is more than a men’s circle—it’s a living movement of men committed to presence, purpose, and becoming their best selves.
